Search to get around faster
If you know what you're looking for, simply type the product name or keyword in the search box and click the "Search" button. In seconds you'll see a list of products matching your search criteria. The list is sorted by relevance, but a drop-down menu enables you to sort the list by popularity, name, and price.
Use My Lists
Click on "My Lists" to see a Master List of every item you've purchased in the last eight orders. Start here to save time on items you order often. You can also create Custom Shopping Lists with all the ingredients for your favorite meals or regular stock-up items. Place the entire list into your cart with just one click, and add or remove items any time.
Shop during off-peak hours
The highest-traffic hours on our website are between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. weeknights. You may experience slower page-download times during those times. If you have a slower connection you might prefer to shop during non-peak hours. Our website is available 24 hours a day.
Produce ratings
We taste, inspect and rate our fresh produce (Good, Better or Best) every day so you know what's really delicious. You can see all of today's Best produce with one click from our home page. It's like having an expert pick your produce for you.
Take advantage of weekly specials and promotions.
Check out the Featured Specials in our Grocery Store by clicking on the "Specials" button on the green menu bar or on our home page. New specials are posted every Sunday morning.
To receive e-mail notification of our Weekly Specials and exclusive promotions, go to Communication Preferences (which you'll find under "My Account") and make sure the corresponding boxes are checked.
Easy Eats
When you see a little fork & spoon next to a grocery item, click on them to see recipe ideas. Or browse our huge Easy Eats section for hundreds of creative, simple, seasonal recipes. Put all the ingredients in your cart with one click.
Coborn's Diner
This spot might not help you shop faster, but it'll sure help you get dinner on the table faster! Coborn's Diner features a tasty selection of pre-cooked heat & eat meals, as well as semi-prepared dishes that are ready to cook. A real time-saver.
Shop by dietary needs
If you have special dietary needs or nutritional goals, you can sort any shopping list on our website to see only those items that fit your diet, such as Low Carb or Low Sodium. Try doing that in any other grocery store!
Get a closer estimate of delivery time
If you'd like a better idea of exactly when your groceries are scheduled to arrive, log on the morning of your delivery and look for your Target Delivery Time next to the yellow truck at the top of the page. This is updated every 15 minutes once your truck is on the way. Click on it within 4 hours of delivery and you'll even see who's coming to your door.
Going out of town?
Let us pack the groceries! Schedule a delivery right before you leave and use our insulated totes to keep things cold or frozen on the road. And don't come home to an empty fridge—have milk and other essentials delivered the day you come back.



Do I have to order every week?
No, there's no requirement. You can order as often or as infrequently as you like — even twice a week if needed. Use our Delivery/Pickup feature to schedule deliveries as needed.


About your shopping cart
Any item you place in your online shopping cart is automatically saved until you're ready to checkout — even if it's days later. You can build your cart little by little over the course of the week. Each time you come back and log on to the site, your cart will be waiting. (To see a larger, more detailed list of what's in your cart, click the "Cart" link at the top of the page next to your name.)

Please note that putting something in your cart does not guarantee it will be available at a later time, or that its price will be the same. If you leave items in your cart for an extended period of time, there's a chance that some items may be sold out or discontinued when you return. If this happens, you will be notified about these items the next time you log on. Prices will automatically be updated. If you are concerned about the availability of certain things (especially sale-priced or limited quantity items) we recommend that you complete the checkout process. You can always add items later by placing another order for the same delivery day.

Note: due to the nature of our business, we cannot guarantee the availability of any item — even after checkout — since a slight possibility always exists that it might be incorrectly processed, damaged in transit, or sold out due to the time lag with any online purchase. (Our online inventory is refreshed every 15 minutes.) On average, however, 99.9% of our items are available for delivery at the time they are ordered.


Using My Lists
When you click on "My Lists" in the main green bar at the top of the page, your Master Shopping List appears, along with a tool that lets you create Custom Shopping Lists. Both of these features are designed to you shop faster next time.
Master Shopping List is a compilation of all the items you purchased in your eight most recent orders. This list is automatically saved, categorized and updated with each new order. The more items you have in this list, the more helpful it becomes. You can place future orders in just a few minutes by buying groceries directly from this list, or click to see "Similar items" if you want to switch brands, sizes or flavors.
Custom Shopping Lists You can create and save up to 10 Custom Shopping Lists (also found under the "My Lists" link) with all the ingredients for your favorite recipe or meal, holiday baking, or your weekly stock-up. Pop an entire list into your cart with just one click to save tons of time.



How to check out
When your order is complete, click the "Checkout" button at the bottom of your online shopping cart, or the "Cart" link at the top of the page next to your name. The next screen that appears lets you review your order, change quantities and enter promotion codes and coupon information. You can also enter or edit payment information, confirm or change your delivery day and place your order. You do not need to enter payment information each time — only when setting up your first order.


Missed ordering deadline
If you miss your ordering deadline (11 p.m. for next-day delivery; 10 a.m. for same-day) simply go to Delivery/Pickup and reschedule your delivery for the next available day. Same-day delivery may be an option (if it's available in your area) for a small extra fee. Same-day orders can be placed any time after 11 p.m. for the following day, or before 10 a.m. for delivery by 5 p.m. that day.


Changing or adding items to your order
Let's say you already placed your grocery order for tomorrow when you suddenly remember, "Oops, I forgot toothpaste!" Just log on to CobornsDelivers.com anytime before the 11 p.m. ordering deadline and place another order — just be sure to schedule it for the same delivery day! Your second order will be merged with your initial order, and you will not be charged an additional delivery fee.

You can also call Customer Relations at (763) 971-4900 or toll-free at 1 (866) 586-2530 to have items changed, added to, or removed from your order, as long as you do so before the ordering deadline.


Order by phone
Customers who don't have access to a computer can order over the phone by calling (763) 971-4900 or toll-free at 1 (866) 586-2530, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., 7 days a week. Please note: phone orders will not be accepted before 9 a.m. or after 10 p.m.

The first time you place a phone order we ask that you have a shopping list ready, and we'll work with you to find the exact items you need. If you've shopped with us before, it's handy to keep your past invoices or packing slips to reference the exact item numbers for quicker shopping.
