Bleu cheese sauce and portobello mushrooms add to the greatness that is New York Strip.

COOK TIME: 15 Minutes
Ingredients

Steaks:
2 New York Strip Steaks
Seasoning of Choice for Steak

Bleu Cheese Sauce:
3 oz. Bleu Cheese (1 pkg.)
1/2 cup Horseradish Sauce
1 Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
dash Cayenne Pepper

Mushrooms:
6 oz. Portobello Mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp. Butter

Directions
Step 1  Steak:
Season the steak the way you like it and grill (or broil) it 5-6 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
 
Step 2  Blue Cheese Sauce:
Start with about 3/4 of the package of bleu cheese. Add half a cup of the horseradish sauce, a Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, 2 Tbsp lemon juice and a dash cayenne pepper. Heat the sauce, stirring constantly, and serve it warm on the side or on top of the steak.
 
Step 3  Mushrooms:
Rinse mushrooms with cold water and saute them in 1 Tbsp. butter.
