This Chili Lime Red Snapper is even snappier with the addition of mango salsa.
PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
COOK TIME: 10 Minutes

2-7 oz. Red Snapper filets
1 cup Tomatoes, diced
1 Mango, peeled and cubed
1/2 Red Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
Lime Juice to taste

Step 1  Snapper:
Bake Snapper uncovered in a 450 oven for 4 to 6 minutes per -inch thickness.
Step 2  Mango Salsa:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, mango, red onion and cilantro. Add fresh lime juice and salt to taste. Serve the salsa on this side or on top of the Snapper.
