Tender chunks of chicken, pasta shells, and mixed vegetables are simmered together in chicken broth to create a delicious and flavorful meal.
SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
COOK TIME: 10 Minutes
Ingredients

2 (14.5 oz.) cans chicken broth
2 cups water
1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
3/4 cup (3 oz.) uncooked small shell pasta or specialty shaped pasta
1-1/2 cups cooked chicken or turkey
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
In a large saucepan, bring broth and water to a boil. Add vegetables; return to a boil.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Add pasta, chicken or turkey, thyme, salt and pepper; return to a boil. Cook for 7 to 9 minutes or until pasta and vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
