Sesame Ginger Sea Bass
Sesame Ginger Sea Bass Ginger, sesame oil, and green onions cooked in a packet with sea bass make this super flavorful and super-easy.
SERVES: 2
PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 20 Minutes
Ingredients

Aluminum Foil
Non-stick Cooking Spray

2, 6 oz. Sea Bass fillets
1 Green Onion, sliced (2 Tbsp.)
1/2 tsp. Ginger Root, shredded
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp. Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lay two sheets of aluminum foil on flat surface. Lightly spray top foil sheet with cooking spray. Place Sea Bass filets on foil skin side down.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Sprinkle green onion onto fish. Peel and shred 1/2 tsp. ginger onto fish. Drizzle sesame oil over top of fish and top with butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Close foil to make a packet and put in 350 degree F. oven for 15-20 minutes. Fish is done when begins to flake. Use caution when opening packet to avoid steam.
