These chicken breasts get the full-flavored treatment: these are seasoned with lemon, capers and wine. And don't forget to pour yourself a glass of Barefoot Pinot Grigio to go along with it!
PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 10 Minutes

1 cup Barefoot Pinot Grigo
2 Chicken Breasts pounded flat and thin
1 Lemon cut in wedges
2 TBL capers
1/4 cup flour
Salt & Pepper
4 TBL. Oil

Step 1  Step 1:
Heat oil in medium skillet.
Step 2  Step 2:
While oil heats mix salt & pepper into flour and dredge chicken.
Step 3  Step 3:
Saute chicken in pan and after browning first side, turn chicken and squeeze lemon on it.
Step 4  Step 4:
Add capers and wine. As the chicken cooks, the sauce will form and reduce.
