This is a simple, flavorful way to eat this fish. The Lemon Pepper flavor is broiled right in!
SERVES: 3
PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 18 Minutes
Ingredients

12 oz. to 16 oz. Salmon Fillet
2 Tbsp. Salad Dressing or Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Ground Mustard

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Set oven control to broil. Spray rack in broiler pan with cooking spray.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Place salmon, skin side up, on rack in pan. Broil 4-6 inches from heat for 7 minutes.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Turn salmon; broil 7-9 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork and internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
 
Step 4  Step 4:
Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Spread salad dressing mixture over salmon; broil for 1-2 minutes longer or until topping is lightly browned and bubbly.
