A rich onion gravy with boneless pork chops makes a beautiful, hearty comforting meal in minutes.
PREP TIME: No Prep Time
COOK TIME: 25 Minutes

1 lb. Boneless Pork Loin Chops (about 4)
2 Cups Onions, Chopped
1 Cup Beef Broth
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/3 Cup Skim Milk
2 Tbsp. All-Purpose Flour

Step 1  Step 1:
Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat.
Step 2  Step 2:
Cook pork chops in skillet about 6 minutes, turning once, until brown on both sides. Remove pork from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Step 3  Step 3:
Reduce heat to medium. Add onions to skillet, cook 3 minutes. Stir in broth and pepper. Return pork to skillet; spoon onion mixture over pork. Cover tightly and simmer 12 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160 degrees F.
Step 4  Step 4:
Mix milk and flour in small bowl. Add to skillet; cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened.
