Simple Seafood Satisfaction. Swordfish has a mildly sweet flavor and a moist, meaty texture - wonderful on the grill! This one has an Asian flare.
PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
COOK TIME: Minutes

1/3 Cup Barbecue Sauce
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/2 Cup Cucumber, chopped
1 T. Soy Sauce
1 T. Dry Roasted Peanuts, chipped
1 lb. Swordfish

Step 1  Step 1:
Preheat greased grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2  Step 2:
Mix barbecue sauce and ginger; set aside.
Step 3  Step 3:
Mix cucumber, green onion, soy sauce and peanuts for topping; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 4  Step 4:
Place swordfish on the grill. Grill until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F., turning swordfish after 5 minutes and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce mixture.
Step 5  Step 5:
Serve with cucumber mixture.
