Build one of your favorite right in your kitchen...this hearty sandwich beats the deli any day.
PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 10 Minutes

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced onions
1 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 (15-ounce) package Hormel Sliced Roast Beef & Gravy


1/2 cup spreadable cream cheese
4 hoagie buns or crusty bread rolls, split and toasted
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Step 1  Step 1:
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions, bell pepper, salt and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until onions are softened and browned.
Step 2  Step 2:
Heat beef according to package directions. Slice beef; reserve au jus.
Step 3  Step 3:
Spread cream cheese on cut sides of buns. Add beef and onion mixture. Serve with reserved au jus.
