Easy chicken recipe. Serve with rice pilaf, a salad and a vegetable for a delicious simple meal.
PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 30 Minutes

1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 T. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2-1/2 lbs Cut-up chicken

Step 1  Step 1:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray sheet with cooking spray.
Step 2  Step 2:
In small bowl, mix rosemary, thyme, mustard, oil and salt.
Step 3  Step 3:
Brush or rub mixture over chicken.
Step 4  Step 4:
Place on cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes, turning once until internal temperature of chicken reaches at least 165 degrees.
