This recipe never fails to be a hit. Pair it with some homemade teriyaki fried rice to complete your meal.
PREP TIME: 65 Minutes
COOK TIME: 6 Minutes

1 lb. Salmon fillets
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup orange juice or dry white wine
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger

Step 1  Step 1:
If using salmon with skin on, remove the skin from the fish and discard. Cut fish into 4 serving pieces.
Step 2  Step 2:
Mix soy sauce, wine, brown sugar and ginger in shallow glass or plastic dish.
Step 3  Step 3:
Add fish' turn several times to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, turning once.
Step 4  Step 4:
Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray. Remove fish from marinade; reserve marinade.
Step 5  Step 5:
Place fish on rack in broiler pan. Brush with marinade. Broil with tops about 4" from heat 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature of fish reaches 145 degrees. Discard any remaining marinade.
