A quick and simple main dish for dinner.
PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
COOK TIME: 10 Minutes

1/2 cup seedless raspberry preserves
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
4 bone-in pork chops

Step 1  Step 1:
In a small saucepan, cook and stir preserves and chipotle adobo pepper sauce over medium heat until heated through. Reserve 1/4 cup for serving. Sprinkle pork chop with salt; brush with remaining raspberry sauce.
Step 2  Step 2:
Lightly grease a grill or broiler pan rack. Grill chops, covered, over medium heat or broil for 4 inches from heat 4-5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
Step 3  Step 3:
Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with reserved sauce.
