Pita rounds make quick pizza crusts. But topped with the classic combination of pears, walnuts and Gouda Cheese, they're taken to elegant heights.
PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
COOK TIME: 6 Minutes

1/4 c. raspberry vinaigrette dressing
4 flat pita bread rounds (6 to 7")
1 c. baby spinach leaves
1 red or green Bartlett pear, cut into 1/4 thick pieces
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
6 ounces Smoked Gouda cheese, thinly sliced

Step 1  Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread 1 tablespoon dressing on each pita round. Top each pita evenly with spinach leaves, pear, onion, walnuts and cheese.
Step 2  Step 2:
Place on cookie sheet. Bake 6 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges, if desired. Serve immediately.
