Easy recipe to prepare trout and very tasty.
SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 4 Minutes
COOK TIME: 6 Minutes
Ingredients

4 rainbow trout, 1/4 to 12 inch thick (about 1 pound)
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. canola oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Place fish on rack in broiler pan. Brush with lime juice. Broil with tops about 4 inches from heat for 3 minutes.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
While fish is broiling, mix remaining ingredients. Spoon bread crumb mixture on top of fish. Broil about 1 minute long or until internal temperature of fish reaches at least 145 degrees.
