Divide chicken salad evenly among 4 slices of bread. Top each with a lettuce leaf and remaining slices of bread.

1/3 cup Daisy Sour Cream
1/3 cup soft goat cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce, or to taste
24 slices unpeeled cucumber (1/4-inch)
24 pieces smoked salmon (1-inch)

Step 1  Step 1:
Combine the sour cream, goat cheese, dill, salt, pepper and hot sauce in a small bowl until blended. Spoon 1 teaspoon of the mixture on each cucumber round and top with smoked salmon. Garnish with additional fresh dill if desired.
