You are missing out if you don't try these as an appetizer for your outdoor party this year. The flavor of lemon juice, garlic and soy sauce are wonderful.

COOK TIME: Minutes

2lbs Uncooked Large Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Step 1  Step 1:
Place shrimp in glass dish. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; pour marinade over shrimp. Cover; refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, turning shrimp occasionally.
Step 2  Step 2:
Heat gas or charcoal grill. Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade.
Step 3  Step 3:
Place shrimp in grill basket. Place basket on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 6 to 8 minutes and until internal temperature of shrimp reaches 145 degress. turning once
