How does it work?

Browse through our Grocery Store to discover the more than 12,000 items we carry- with new ones being added all the time. Otherwise, simply use the search box. Enjoy farm-fresh produce, restaurant quality meats, fresh baked goods and more. Customizable lists simplify shopping.

Step 3

We deliver same-day and next-day orders seven days a week in most neighborhoods. Simply check out by 11 p.m. for next-day delivery or 10 a.m. for same-day delivery. Choose the day and time that works best for you from a list of times we’re in your area. You can also give specific delivery instructions.



How can I be sure of the quality?

Your groceries arrive in waterproof totes and are insulated to keep your frozen food frozen and your perishables protected from the weather. Refrigerated items are packed with blue ice gel packs to keep them appropriately cold, freezer items are packed with dry ice to stay frozen for several hours.

We take extra measures to ensure you only receive the best produce. All our fresh fruits and vegetables are carefully inspected and kept at the perfect temperature to ensure they stay at the peak of freshness. We work hard to find the finest, freshest produce, both locally and globally. 

Everything comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy, just contact us and we'll gladly send a replacement or credit your account.


Do I need to be home for delivery?

Unless you have alcoholic or tobacco items in your order you do not need to be home for delivery if you live in a house, duplex or townhouse with its own private entry, the delivery driver can leave the totes at your door.

If you live in an apartment, condominium or other multi-unit building with a shared entrance you must be home for delivery. The driver will bring your order to your door, hand you the bagged groceries and take the totes away. We cannot leave totes in a hallway.

For deliveries that include alcohol, an adult at least 21 years of age with a valid ID must be home to sign for the order. Orders that have tobacco products also require an adult signature. If no one is home, these items will be removed from your order and you will be charged a $10 restocking fee. See Alcohol Delivery Policy.


Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, for next-day delivery orders of $50 or more there is a $5 fee, if your order is $49.99 or less, the delivery fee is $9.95. On same-day delivery orders of $50 or more the fee is $9.95, if your order is less than $49.99 the delivery fee is $14.90.

Any order $25 or more may be picked up at our New Hope SuperStore for FREE.

Phone orders of $100 or more there is no additional fee. If your phone order is less than $99 you will be charged $5 in addition to the delivery fee.

Do I need to tip my driver?

No, but our drivers will gladly accept smiles!


What if I forget something?

Simply log back onto CobornsDelivers.com any time before 11 p.m. the night before your delivery day and place another order (be sure to schedule it for the same delivery day!) Your second order will be merged with your initial order, and you will not be charged an additional delivery fee.

You can also call Customer Relations at (763) 971-4900 to have items changed or removed from your order, as long as you do so before the ordering deadline.


How do I pay for my order?

Pay for your order electronically; we accept credit card or electronic check. We do not accept paper checks or cash. Currently, we cannot accept EBT payments.


Do you accept coupons?

We gladly accept manufacturers' coupons. We accept coupons attached to products you have purchased, those you find in the newspaper, and most coupons printed or downloaded from the Internet. (See exceptions for Internet coupons) We cannot accept competitors' store coupons or manufacturer's coupons that say "Redeemable at (store name)." We do not match other store's prices.
