I referred someone and now they are no longer on my list?

Only one account will receive credit for a new customer. If your referral signed up they may have used a different promotion code or referral.

I tried to refer someone but I received a message saying it could not be referred. Why not?

If the email address you try referring is already associated with a current customer, they already know how great CobornsDelivers.com is! (And they're probably referring you right now!)

Why does the referral image reference $20 when I am getting something different?

Our everyday referral offer is $20 for the new account and $20 for the referring account, however we may occasional run special promotions above and beyond the $20/$20 offers.

I have been referred by more than one person, can I split/share the referral reward?

No, only one person/account may receive credit for your first order.
