Why pick up a broccoli salad from the deli, when you can make it fresher and better at home with this easy recipe?
PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 10 Minutes

1 head broccoli
10-12 strips bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
1/2 - 1 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 c. roasted sunflower seeds
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tblsp. apple cider vinegar

Step 1  Step 1::
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onions and raisins. In a small bowl, whisk mayo, apple cider vinegar and sugar until blended. Drizzle over broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
Step 2  Step 2::
Refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds, bacon and shredded cheese.
